So far we’ve had Pre-Contemplation, Contemplation and Preparation. Stage Four is all about ACTION!

By Stage Four, we are engaging in more physical activity, and maybe introduced changes to our eating habits too. And we’re starting to notice a difference. You need to say well done and give yourself a pat on the back for making the change. But we’re not out of the woods yet.
