Morning Mums! Today is Motivation Monday, and so I wanted to share with you some words of wisdom which have helped me in my journey as a mum.

During pregnancy and early motherhood, we so often get bombarded with pressure to be fitter, healthier, stronger. From social media, magazines, advertisements and more. We are told about new workouts, new slimming clubs, new diets. Its enough to have us running for the hills, right? But remember, you can achieve what you set out to achieve. Because each step towards your goal is a step in the right direction. A thought leads to a feeling, which leads to an action, which provides results!

So ask yourself what small thing can I do today to make my life just that little bit different?

Monday is a good day to start – the start of a new week can feel ready to make a change for the better.
